The Loss Prevention Group Security Guard training facility is conveniently located inside the Leamington Building at the corner of 19th Street and Franklin Street in downtown Oakland.

We are conveniently located just one block from the 19th Street Oakland BART Station. It is only about a 2 to 3 minute walk! Come up on the Broadway escalator to 19th Street and walk just one block to the corner of 19th and Franklin.
Parking
There are two parking lots across the street from each other both on the corners of 19th Street and Franklin Street. Expect to pay about $14 for all day parking on weekdays. On Saturdays you can park all day for $1 at a parking lot located behind our building on Webster Street, between 19th Street and 17th Street. There is metered street parking, however Oakland closely monitors these meters and other parking violations!
